Lewis Ridge () is a rugged, ice-covered ridge, 14 nautical miles (26 km) long, extending eastward from the Holland Range, between Morton and Hewitt Glaciers, and terminating at Richards Inlet. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Commander G.H. Lewis, U.S. Navy, commanding officer of the USS Burton Island during U.S. Navy Operation Deepfreeze, 1964.
